Change of Date for Mid – Term Break

CHANGE OF DATE FOR Mid – TERM BREAK

Due to the upcoming Presidential and Gubernatorial elections to be held in all parts of Nigeria. A meeting was convened to decide the changes in the mid – term break.

At the meeting with the Ministry of  Education today it was agreed that schools will have 2 “half term breaks” to cover both the presidential and gubernatorial elections:

First break from February 13th – February 18th. Classes resume on Tuesday, February 19th. Boarders return on the evening of February 18th.

Second “half – term break” from February 28th – March 4th.Classes resume on Tuesday, March 5th. Boarders return on the evening of March 4th.

World Book Day to be observed on Thursday, March 7th.
