WELCOME TO THE SCHOOL/SHARING HOLIDAY EXPERIENCE 

Teacher organizes a welcome speech and activities to activate in them.

Hello children, you are welcome to the world of schooling.

How are you?

Hope you all enjoy your holiday?

Did you have a fun during the Christmas and New Year?

What did you do?

Did you travel? If yes, where…

What indoor and outdoor activities do you enjoy most? Did you play video game with tab, watch cartoons, play hide and seek with friends and family, etc.

What place do you visited? Did you visit amusement part, zoo (to see animals like lion, elephant, tiger), beach, etc. Did you see Santa Claus?

Did you enjoy playing with your toys?

Once again, you are welcome back to school.

LESSON PRESENTATION

To deliver this lesson, the teacher adopts the following steps:

1. Teacher displays chart showing a lot children’s fun activities during the holiday, Christmas and New Year seasons.

2. Teacher leads the children to share the fun they had during the holiday, Christmas and New Year season.

Children’s Activities – The children identify and describe different fun they had during the holiday, Christmas and New Year seasons.

3. Teacher welcome the children and wish them a wonderful school time.

Children’s Activities – The children listen to their teacher and appreciate his/her best wishes with smile and putting their hands together.

Teacher asks the children to describe the food and drinks they enjoy during the holiday, Christmas and New Year period.
