Story of passage on adverse effects of some chemicals used in cosmetics, highlighting main and supporting ideas, arrangement of ideas in logical sequence, introduction and conclusion.

1. Formal Letters

Formal letter has conventional forms of two addresses, opening salutation, correct heading, body of the letter, closing and signature.

2. Informal Letter

Informal letter has one address, opening salutation, body of the letter and closing.
