CONTENT OF THE LESSON  

INTRODUCTORY ACTIVITIES 

Teacher’s Activities – Review the children’s early morning activities before school such as brushing their teeth and bathing and tell them, these are some of the ways to prevent illness.

Discuss personal hygiene with the children and how to prevent illness.

HOW TO PREVENT ILLNESS

4. Take ORT/SS Solution

5. Use insecticides and pesticides

6. Use treated mosquito net

7. Deworm

8. Wash our hands before and after meal.

PRESENTATION

To deliver the lesson, the teacher adopts the following steps:

1. To introduce the lesson, the teacher revises the previous lesson. Based on this, he/she asks the pupils some questions;

2. Tells the children how to prevent illness.

Pupil’s Activities – State how to prevent illness.
