1. recite the Surah in Arabic text correctly with Tajwid.

2. memorize the Surah.

3. identify the significance of recitation of the Surah al-Jinn in.

CONTENTS OF THE LESSON

FOCUS LESSONS 

1. The Arabic text of the Surah.

2. Drill the students in the Tajwid of the Surah.

3. Memorization of the Surah.

4. The significance of the Surah after Suratul Fathia in Salat and supplication.

TEACHER’S ACTIVITIES

The teacher,

1. writes the Arabic text of the Surah on the chalkboard.

2. underlines words and phrases in the Surah which require special attention for correct pronunciation.

3. gives a model reading of the whole Surah.

4. plays a recorded text of Surah al-Jinn while students listen.
