TOPIC – MAINTENANCE OF FACILITIES AND EQUIPMENT

Pupils should be able to –

Mention the reasons why physical education equipment should be properly stored and maintained.

List the reasons why the playground and equipment should be inspected before use.

TOPIC – MEASURING PHYSICAL FITNESS COMPONENTS (ENDURANCE, STRENGTH AND SPEED)

Pupils should be able to –

Mention some physical fitness components.

Identify activities for measuring endurance.

Explain how endurance are measured.

Measure their endurance levels.
