PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES 

By the end of the lesson, the pupils should have attained the following objectives (cognitive, affective and psychomotor) and should be able to –

count correctly numbers up to 100.

LESSON THREE – IDENTIFICATION OF NUMBERS UP 999

Teacher’s/Pupil’s Activities 1 – Continues the activities in lesson 2 up 100.

1. Dictation of numbers up from 1 to 100.

2. Identify numbers from 1 – 100.

3. Write numbers from 1 – 100

 

LESSON FOUR – WEEKLY ASSESSMENT – 

 

PRESENTATION

To deliver the lesson, the teacher adopts the following steps:

1. To introduce the lesson, the teacher revises the previous lesson. Based on this, he/she asks the pupils some questions;

2. Guides pupils to prepare piles or bundles up to 100.

Pupil’s Activities – Prepare piles or bundles of given collection up 100.

3. Guides pupils to count up to 100.

Pupil’s Activities – Count up to 100.

4. Guides pupils to identify and read out the numbers up to 100.
