ENTRY BEHAVIOUR
The pupils already know that words have meanings. This lesson builds on that knowledge by teaching them that some words, called homonyms, can have more than one meaning depending on how they are used in a sentence.

CONTENT OF THE LESSON
INTRODUCTION
Homonyms are words that have the same pronunciation or spelling but different meanings. Some homonyms sound alike and are spelled alike, but their meanings are different.

PRESENTATION
To deliver the lesson, the teacher adopts the following steps:
