LESSON ONE – INTRODUCTION
2 Corinthians 5
17 Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!
A new life begins when people are born again by the Spirit of Christ. – 1 Peter 1 : 3.
MEANING OF NEW LIFE
A new life means a total change of life from the wrong and evil things to the right and good things.
James 4
17 Therefore, to him who knows to do good and does not do it, to him it is sin.
EVIDENCE OF A NEW LIFE
Reading Acts 16 : 31 – 34
As you read in Acts 16 : 31 – 34, evident of a new life is shown in the character, attitude and behaviour.
The new life will begin to experience
1. Joy
2. Kindness
3. Peace, and
4. Other virtues.
