CONTENT OF THE LESSON

Disagreements can sometimes cause unhappiness in the home if they are not handled properly. Couples need to communicate, respect one another, and seek appropriate help when necessary.
In this lesson, pupils will learn about common problems in marriage, the causes of some of these problems, and peaceful ways of solving them to promote love, understanding, and unity in the family.
LESSON 1 – MEANING OF MARRIAGE PROBLEMS
Marriage problems are difficulties or disagreements that may occur between husband and wife and can affect peace and happiness in the family.
Marriage problems can happen for different reasons. Couples should try to solve them peacefully and respectfully.
COMMON PROBLEMS IN MARRIAGE
Some common marriage problems include:
1. Lack of communication – When husband and wife do not talk openly about their feelings or problems.
