LESSON 1 – INTRODUCTION 

Digital skills is the ability to use digital devices such as computers, mobile phones and other electronic devices 0to access and manage data.

The components of digital skills are as follows:

4. Email Marketing Skills

5. Mobile Marketing Skills

7. Strategy and Planning Skills

 

1. SOCIAL MEDIA SKILLS 

Social media skills are the abilities to devise and implement marketing ideas on the social media platforms such as facebook, twitter, instagram, linkedin, etc. to drive business or achieve business goal.

 

2. SEARCH ENGINE MARKETING SKILLS 

Search Engine Marketing are the digital skills that increase the visibility of a product, content or service in search engine results.

 

3. CONTENT MARKETING SKILLS 

Content marketing skills are the digital skills that focus on creating and exposing a content to the potential users.

To deliver the lesson, the teacher adopts the following steps:

1. To introduce the lesson, the teacher revises the previous lesson. Based on this, he/she asks the pupils some questions;

2. Teacher uses the knowledge of digital literacy to in the lesson, digital skills.

Pupil’s Activities – Pay attention to the lesson introduction to understand the concept of the lesson.

 

3. Teacher explains the meaning and components of the digital skills.

Pupil’s Activities – Participate actively in the discussion.

4. Teacher discuss the importance of digital skills.

Pupil’s Activities – State the importance of digital skills.

5. Teacher summarizes the lesson on the board with appropriate evaluation and asks pupils to find out the effects of bullying on the victims and to deal with them.

Pupil’s Activities – Participate actively in the summary of the lesson and write as instructed.
