CONTENT OF THE LESSON
INTRODUCTION
After opening Microsoft PowerPoint, different tools appear at the top of the window. These tools help users type text, insert pictures, change colours, design slides, and present their work. These groups of tools are called toolbars.
In this lesson, pupils will learn the meaning of Microsoft PowerPoint toolbars and the functions of the common toolbars used when creating presentations.
LESSON 1, LESSON 2 AND LESSON 3 – MEANING OF MICROSOFT POWERPOINT TOOLBARS (WITH PRACTICAL DEMONSTRATION)
Microsoft PowerPoint toolbars are groups of tools and commands that help users create, edit, format, design, save, and present slide presentations easily.
Most of these tools are found on the Ribbon at the top of the Microsoft PowerPoint window.
