MEANING OF WOODWORK 

Woodwork is the act of using wood to make useful items such as tables, chairs, doors, and shelves. In order words, woodwork is the activity of making useful items from wood. It involves cutting, shaping, joining, and finishing wood with simple tools.

 

MEANING OF HAND TOOLS 

Hand tools are simple tools that are used by hand to do woodwork. They do not use electricity. Hand tools help in measuring, cutting, shaping, fixing, and smoothing wood.
