The Smart Buyer
Amina went to the market with her mother to buy a school bag. They visited different shops and compared prices before making a choice. After buying the bag, they collected a receipt from the seller.
When they got home, Amina noticed that the zip of the bag was damaged. The next day, her mother returned to the shop with the receipt and explained the problem to the seller. The seller checked the bag and replaced it with a new one.
