TIME – 40 Minutes each.

 

LEARNING OUTCOME 

By the end of the lesson, pupils should be able to:

1. find the prime, even and odd numbers

2. find common factors of 2-digit whole numbers

3. find the HCF of 2-digit whole numbers.

4. find common multiples of 2-digit whole numbers

5. find the LCM of 2-digit whole numbers.

 

RATIONALE

 

LEARNING MATERIALS 

The teacher will teach the lesson with the aid of charts of factors and multiples of numbers.

 

 

PREVIOUS KNOWLEDGE

The pupils have the knowledge of multiplication of numbers up to 12 x 12.
