LESSON 1 – INTRODUCTIONÂ
PowerPoint is a program used for presentation.
Add and format text to organize content in your presentation.

PROCEDURE ADD TEXT
1. Select a text placeholder or box.
2. Type in the text you want.
FORMATTING TEXT ON MICROSOFTÂ
PROCEDURE FOR FORMAT TEXTÂ
When you select text and choose a format, hover over a menu option to see a live preview in your slide.
Format options include:1. Font Color – Choose a font color for your text.2. Numbering or Bullets – Create a list using numbers or bullets. 3. Add or Remove Columns – Add or remove columns in your text.
4. Text Direction – Change the direction of text.
5. Align Text – Connect your text to the top, middle, or bottom of a bounding box.
6. Align Left, Center, Align Right, or Justify – Align your text the way you want.
7. Increase List Level or Decrease List Level – Increase or decrease a list indent.
