INTRODUCTION

Every person is unique in appearance, size, shape, colour, and abilities. Some people feel happy and confident about themselves, while others may feel unhappy because of how they look or what others say about them. The way we see and feel about our bodies is called body image, while the confidence and value we place on ourselves is called self-esteem.

Having a positive body image and healthy self-esteem helps us feel confident, make good decisions, and relate well with others. It is important to appreciate ourselves and respect the differences among people.
