CONTENT OF THE LESSON
INTRODUCTION
Good citizens show attitudes that help families, schools, and communities live peacefully. Some important national values are loyalty, cooperation, and humility. Loyalty teaches us to be faithful to our country and community, cooperation teaches us to work together with others, while humility teaches us to be respectful and not proud.
In this lesson, pupils will learn the characteristics of national values, the meanings of loyalty, cooperation, and humility, and how to practise these values every day.
LESSON 1 – MEANING OF NATIONAL VALUES
National values are good attitudes and behaviours that help citizens live peacefully, respect one another, and contribute to the development of their country.
