Rhyming words are two or more words that have the same or similar ending sound. Some examples of rhyming words are: goat, boat, moat, float, coat.

Teacher guides the children to identify and recognize words with the same ending sound.

2. Teacher uses chart/flashcards showing letter Aa – Zz to lead and guide the children to sing alphabet song.

Children’s Activities – The children sing alphabet song along with their friends and teacher.

3. Teacher uses letter Aa – Ee with respective objects to guide the children to identify and say the correct sounds – Aa 🍏, Bb ⚽, Cc 🐈, Dd 🪿, Ee🥚.

Children’s Activities – The children identify and say the correct sounds – Aa 🍏, Bb ⚽, Cc 🐈, Dd 🪿, Ee🥚.

4. Teacher uses the activity 2 and 3 to introduce the lesson and guide the children to identify and say the correct sound of letter /f/.
