CONTENT OF THE LESSON

INTRODUCTION

Physical and Health Education is an important school subject that helps pupils develop healthy bodies, physical fitness, good character, and healthy habits. It also teaches sports skills, safety practices, and ways to prevent diseases.

However, many schools face problems that make it difficult to teach and learn Physical and Health Education effectively. Some schools lack sports equipment, playing fields, qualified teachers, and enough time for practical activities.

In this lesson, pupils will learn about the common issues and challenges in Physical and Health Education, their effects on teaching and learning, and possible ways of overcoming these challenges.
