Music staff is the foundation upon which musical notes are placed. A staff is a set of lines and spaces which indicate the pitch of written notes.

Treble Clef is notes on the lines (from bottom to top) are E, G, B, D, F.

LESSON 4 – REVISION AND WEEKLY ASSESSMENT (TEST) 

PRESENTATION

To deliver the lesson, the teacher adopts the following steps:

1. To introduce the lesson, the teacher revises the previous lesson. Based on this, he/she asks the pupils some questions;

2. Teacher organizes the pupils into two or more groups depending on the size of the class.

3. Teacher displays the chart of treble and bass clef for pupils to draw.

4. Teacher guides the pupils as groups to identify and differentiate between the lines and spaces of treble and bass clef.

Pupil’s Activities – The pupils identify and differentiate treble lines from bass lines.

5. Teacher uses the chart and the pupil’s relevant responses to introduce the lesson – Musical Staff – Lines and Spaces.
