By the end of the lesson, the children should to state the reasons for orderliness in the community.

CONTENT OF THE LESSON

INTRODUCTION

Orderliness in the community means doing the things right in accordance to the rules and regulations of the community. There are law and order in our community and must be followed to ensure peace of mind.

 

REASONS FOR ORDERLINESS IN OUR COMMUNITY 

Orderliness in a community is essential for the well-being, safety, and progress of its members. The following are the key reasons why orderliness is important in a community –

1. It protects people from harm.

2. It makes people feel more comfortable and respected in their community.

3. It reduces conflict and confusion in the community.

4. It ensures things move smoothly in the community.

5. It makes the community a better place for everyone.

6. It promotes peace and harmony in the community.

7. It prevents accidents, crimes, and chaos.

8. It leads to better infrastructure, schools, healthcare, and job opportunities.

9. It prevents waste and ensures everyone has access.

10. It builds a stronger, more united community where everyone contributes positively.

11. It builds trust in leadership and public institutions.

12. It makes the community a desirable places to live or visit.

 

LESSON PRESENTATION

To deliver this lesson, the teacher adopts the following steps:

1. To introduce the lesson, the teacher revises the previous lesson based on what he/she taught or what the children have learned.

2. Teacher displays chart showing a peaceful community.

3. Teacher leads and guides the children to identify and describe activities on the chart.

Children’s Activities – The children identify and describe activities on the chart.

4. Teacher uses the chart and the children relevant responses to introduce the lesson, explain the meaning and reaosns for orderliness in the community.

Children’s Activities – The children pay attention to the lesson introduction to understand and understand the meaning and appreciate reasons for orderliness in the community.

5. Teacher summarizes the lesson in a very simple sentence, asks the children questions based on the lesson taught and gives the children work to do at home.

Children’s Activities – The children participate actively in the summary of the lesson by responding to the questions and do their homework at home.
