Protein foods are body building foods.

 

LOCAL BODY BUILDING FOODS

1. Meat

2. Fish

3. Milk

6. Soybean

7. Groundnut

8. Crayfish

9. Chicken, etc.

 

LESSON 2 – REVISION AND WEEKLY ASSESSMENT 

 

ASSIGNMENT

1. Find out 5 body building food that are plants origin.

2. Find out 5 body building food that are animals origin.

 

PRESENTATION

To deliver the lesson, the teacher adopts the following steps:

1. To introduce the lesson, the teacher revises the previous lesson. Based on this, he/she asks the pupils some questions;

2. Displays sample or chart showing body building food.

3. Lets the pupils identify each of the food.

 

Pupil’s Activities – Identify each of the body building food.

4. Uses the sample or chart to introduce and explain the meaning of body building food with appropriate examples.
