WORDS AND MEANINGS

1. Contrast – A clear difference between two things.

2. Width – The distance from one side of something to the other side.

3. Tape – A long, thin strip used for measuring or fixing things.

4. Lullaby – A soft song sung to help a baby sleep.

5. Approve – To agree to something or say it is correct.

6. Incubator – A machine used to keep eggs or babies warm for proper growth.

7. Survey – A careful study or examination of something.

8. Bereave – To suffer the loss of a loved one (to be left in sorrow).

9. Savage – Wild, fierce, or dangerous.

10. Locate – To find the position or place of something.

MAKING SENTENCES WITH EACH WORD

1. Contrast – There is a clear contrast between hot and cold water.
