INTRODUCTION

Not all foods are good for the body. Some foods can make us sick when eaten too much or when they are not safe. It is important to eat good and balanced food.

MEANING OF HARMFUL FOOD

Harmful food is food that can damage the body or make a person sick when eaten.

Examples of Harmful Food

1. Spoilt or rotten food

2. Too much sugary sweets

3. Junk food (chocolate, chips, sweets)

4. Dirty or contaminated food

5. Excess oily foods

BAD FEEDING HABITS

Bad feeding is eating unhealthy food or eating in the wrong way.
