PRESENTATION

To deliver the lesson, the teacher adopts the following steps:

1. To introduce the lesson, the teacher revises the previous lesson on letter writing and asks pupils to mention people they can write informal letters to.

2. The teacher organizes the pupils into groups or pairs depending on the size of the class.

4. The teacher explains the meaning, features, and format of an informal letter using the sample letter.

5. The teacher guides the pupils on how to write informal letters describing how they spent or will spend their holidays.
