CONTENT OF THE LESSON
INTRODUCTION
Loyalty is an important value in our relationships with friends and family members. A loyal person is faithful, trustworthy, and supportive to others.
For example, a good friend helps a friend in need, keeps promises, tells the truth, and avoids gossip. At home, children can show loyalty by respecting their parents, helping with household duties, caring for family members, and protecting family property.
In this lesson, pupils will learn about the meaning of loyalty, examples of loyalty to friends and family, and examples of loyal individuals.
LESSON 1 – MEANING OF LOYALTY
Loyalty means being faithful, trustworthy, and supportive to someone or a group.
Loyalty is important in relationships because it helps people to trust, respect, and support one another.
EXAMPLES OF LOYALTY TO FRIENDS
A pupil can show loyalty to friends by:
1. Keeping promises made to friends.
