Security refers to a state of being free from danger, harm, or threat. It includes feeling safe and protected physically, emotionally, financially, and in other aspects of life. But when you are not free from danger, harm or threat, it is known as insecurity.
What is an insecurity? Insecurity is the lack of security or stability, leading to feelings of vulnerability, fear, and uncertainty. Insecurity can arise from various sources, such as economic instability, social unrest, personal relationships, health issues, and environmental threats. It can manifest as feelings of anxiety, stress, and a lack of control over one’s circumstances.
