CONTENT OF THE LESSON

INTRODUCTION

Weather is the condition of the atmosphere (air) at a particular time and place. It can change from time to time, for example from sunny to rainy or from windy to calm.

Weather affects our daily activities such as farming, dressing, travelling, and playing.

Different factors influence or affect weather. These include sunshine, rainfall, wind, temperature, and cloud cover. These factors determine whether the weather is hot, cold, wet, or windy.

Understanding weather helps us to plan our daily activities and prepare for changes in the environment.

Examples of weather conditions include:

• Sunny weather

• Rainy weather

• Cloudy weather

• Windy weather

Weather is affected by several factors such as:
