CONTENT OF THE LESSON

Good health does not only mean keeping the body clean; it also includes taking proper care of the teeth and mouth. Healthy teeth help us chew food properly, speak clearly, and smile confidently. Poor care of the teeth can lead to tooth decay, toothache, bad breath, and other dental problems.
In this lesson, pupils will learn the meaning and importance of physical health care, the difference between clean and dirty teeth, and the causes and prevention of dental problems.

Physical health care is the practice of keeping the body clean, healthy, and free from diseases through good hygiene, proper nutrition, regular exercise, adequate rest, and proper medical care.

SUMMARY
