MEANING OF GENDER DISCRIMINATION 

Gender discrimination means treating people unfairly because they are male or female. It happens when boys or girls are not given the same rights, chances, or respect.

EXAMPLES OF GENDER DISCRIMINATION 

1. Allowing only boys to go to school.

2. Giving boys better jobs than girls.

3. Not allowing girls to speak in class.

4. Paying men more money than women for the same work.
