CONTENT OF THE LESSON
LESSON ONE – INTRODUCTORY ACTIVITIES
Teacher’s/Pupil’s Activities – Prepares a long jump pitch, leads and guides pupils on how to jump.

MEANING OF LONG JUMP
The long jump is a track and field event in which athletes combine speed, strength and agility in an attempt to leap as far as possible from a take off point.
The long jump can be broken down into three (or four) phases. The approach. take off, (flight) and landing.
BASIC STYLES IN LONG JUMP

To deliver the lesson, the teacher adopts the following steps:
1. To introduce the lesson, the teacher revises the previous lesson. Based on this, he/she asks the pupils some questions;
2. Explains the styles in long jump;
