CONTENT OF THE LESSON
LESSON ONE – INTRODUCTION
Football is a game played by two teams, eleven players each using a ball.
Football game is played by kicking the ball to each other of the same team and try scoring goals into a wide net by kicking the ball.
Football is the most played game in the world, and there is lot of followers in the world for the game.
BASIC SKILLS IN FOOTBALL GAME
The following are the basic skills in football game,
1. Dribbling
2. Shooting
3. Defending
4. Passing
5. Ball control
6. Goalkeeping

LESSON 2 – FOOTBALL KITS AND EQUIPMENTS
The following kits and equipments are used for playing football game,
1. Football pitch with goal posts
2. Ball
3. Jersey
4. Whistle
5. Boots
PERFORMING BASIC IN FOOTBALL
Demonstrate and guide the pupils to practice and demonstrate basic in football game.

PRESENTATION
To deliver the lesson, the teacher adopts the following steps:
1. To introduce the lesson, the teacher revises the previous lesson. Based on this, he/she asks the pupils some questions;
2. Displays chart showing football match or play a short football match. You can as well make use of the sport paper, if available.
3. Asks pupils identify and describe the game on the chart.
