2. Jesus calls the twelve disciples/Apostles. Mark 3:13-19.

3. The demand of discipleship.

Luke 14: 25 – 34.

TEACHER’S ACTIVITIES

The teacher,

1. leads class discussions on the calling of the disciples and the gains of answering call.

2. leads class to dramatize the call of the twelve disciples.

3. explains to students the different ways people are called to serve God today.

 

 

STUDENT’S ACTIVITIES

The students,

1. participate in class discussions.

2. participate in dramatizing the call of the twelve disciples.

3. read materials concerning people who received God’s call.

1. Meaning of Parable

why Jesus taught in parables. Matt 13:34-35.

 

2. Parables about the kingdom.

  • the sower. Matt 13:1-9; 18-23.
  • the wheat and tares. Matt 13:24- 30, 36-43 and read the following Luke 15:11-34; 15:3-7; 15:8-10.
