LESSON 1 – INTRODUCTION
Farm manager is one of the factors of agricultural production that organizes, manages and coordinates all other factors of agricultural production.
Farm manager minimums cost and maximums production in order to make profit.
The reward is profit and loss.
PROBLEMS OF FARM MANAGER
1. Insufficient fund.
2. Poor input such seedlings, labour, tools, equipments, etc.
3. Farm pests and diseases
4. Inadequate records
5. Problems of land owners
LESSON 2 – PROBLEMS OF FARM MANAGER
6. Lack of proper branding and packaging
8. Lack of research systems
9. Poor government policy
10. Insufficient credit facilities
