ENTRY BEHAVIOUR

The pupils already know nouns (names of people, places, and things). This lesson builds on that knowledge by adding words that describe nouns.

CONTENT OF THE LESSON

INTRODUCTION

An adjective is a word that describes a noun or gives more information about a noun.

Adjectives are used in speaking and writing to make sentences clearer, more interesting, and more meaningful. They help us describe people, animals, places, and things.
