LESSON 1 – INTRODUCTORY ACTIVITIES
Teacher’s Activities – Play basketball video clip for the pupils, guide them to identify the basketball game and discuss.
Pupil’s Activities – This is basketball game.
Teacher’s remark – Give a great cheer for recognizing basketball game. Basketball is one the ball games played with hands.

MEANING OF BASKETBALL GAMES
Basketball is one of the ball games played with hands by shooting a ball through a raised goal called a basket.
It is a limited contact sport played on a rectangular court.
Three – on – three, two – on – two, and one – on – one competitions are also common basketball games or competitions.
